Join us on an adventure as we paddle through the stunning scenery of the Algarve coastline on our guided SUP tour in the wonderful Benagil region. As we head to the Benagil Cave, we stop at several places to take in its captivating surroundings, like the Smugglers Tunnel, the Lover's Cave or the Turtle Cave. How many and which stops we will take will depend on the weather and sea conditions.Tour programme- Preparation
We meet at praia de Benagil 45 minutes before the tour starts. There is a free parking lot close by. As soon as our group (up to 6 people) is complete, you will receive your equipment, and we will give you a safety briefing before we head into the water.

We take several stops to explore the surroundings of the Benagil Cave. Depending on the weather and sea conditions we will be able to visit different beautiful caves, like the Smugglers Tunnel, the stunning secluded beach Praia do Carvalho, the Lover's Cave, the Eco Cave and the Turtle Cave.

You need to know how to swim to participate. The minimum age for this tour is 4 years.

The tour includes a SUP, life vest, and a small dry bag. You should bring a swimsuit, towel, snacks, drinks, and sun protection. Wetsuits can be rented for a €5 surcharge.
