Catamaran Trip with Stopover in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer

Departing from La Grande-Motte, we invite you to discover the beauty of the Camargue region with our catamaran trip to Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. This full-day excursion combines an enchanting boat trip with some free time in the famous village, known as a place of pilgrimage.

After boarding our comfortable catamaran "Lucile" we will head for the Petit Rhône, a river that flows through the typical landscapes of the Camargue region. If you have booked the option, we will serve you breakfast to start the trip off right. For around 1 hour, thanks to the binoculars provided on board, you will be able to admire its flora and fauna, from pink flamingos to its emblematic grey horses.

It will then be time to disembark in the port of Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. Take the opportunity to wander through its narrow streets, visit the fortified church with its crypt dedicated to Saint Sarah, or simply sit down in one of the restaurants along the seafront to sample the local specialties. After spending 3.5 hours in the village, it's time to get back on board the catamaran. Make the most of the two-hour sailing time to return to La Grande-Motte while sipping a drink or relaxing on our sun loungers.

How to get there
We meet at our kiosk in the port of La Grande-Motte, near our boat, 15 minutes before departure. If you come by car, you will find paid and free car parks nearby. At the end of the trip, we will return to the starting point.
