At our pier in the old port (Cours des Dames, 17000 La Rochelle)
This boat trip to the Ile d'Aix is highly rated by visitors, with many praising the experience. Reviewers consistently highlight the "Equipage extra" (extra crew), describing them as professional and friendly. The journey itself offers great views, and the boats are generally appreciated, especially the spacious 'La Maline'. While most trips are punctual and well-organized, a couple of reviews mention occasional delays or that some return boats can be less comfortable. Overall, it's a delightful day out, particularly enjoyed by families, offering a perfect blend of scenic views and island exploration.

Very friendly and punctual staff, clear explanations, I highly recommend them!
Super punctual boats. Audio explanations during the crossing. We can see the fort quite close even though we can't visit it currently. Ile d'Aux is very nice to visit: we swam and enjoyed the walking trails. If you don't want to visit it, a small drink/snack is possible in one of the many restaurants on site.
