Combine two of Charente-Maritime's most iconic sites close to the Île d'Oléron on our boat trip to Fort Boyard from Boyardville with a stopover on the Île d'Aix. After embarking in the marina, we will head for the famous Fort Boyard. The boat will get very close as it goes around. The trip will be accompanied by commentaries to help you learn more about the history of this impressive fortress and the secrets behind its construction.
After only 30 minutes at sea, you will disembark on the small island of Aix, on which you will spend between 3.5 and 7.5 hours (depending on the day). Horse-drawn carriage or bicycle rides, a visit to Fort Liédot or the Napoleon Museum, not forgetting its beaches and restaurants: you will have plenty of activities to choose from to discover this haven of peace and quiet where no cars are allowed. Once back on the boat, it will take you just 30 minutes to reach Boyardville.

How to get there We meet 30 minutes before departure at our pier in the marina of Boyardville. If you are coming by car, there are paid car parks nearby. At the end of the excursion, you will return to the departure point. France · August 2025Pleasant and commented walk, for the outward journey everything was perfect, however for the return journey despite having told us to come 15 minutes before, there was a serious lack of information, a lot of waiting, we left at 5 p.m. instead of 4:45 p.m. so 30 minutes of waiting with hundreds of people in the same place, not very pleasant, especially with two children.
