Surf Lessons (from 6 y.) on Capbreton Beach

Join our group surf lessons on the beautiful Plage Centrale of Capbreton, perfect for beginners or those looking to improve their skills. This beach is ideal for all levels thanks to its excellent conditions. Our sessions start from age 6, with each group limited to 8 people per instructor, ensuring personalized attention and optimal progress. Under the supervision of an experienced instructor, you will learn the basics of surfing or refine your technique in a safe and friendly environment.

Meeting & Preparation
We will meet 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. If you come by car, you will find paid and free car parks nearby. Once you arrive at our shop, we will provide you with your equipment and then head to the beach where we will spend an hour and a half. There, we will introduce you to the safety rules, followed by a theoretical session and a warm-up. After that, we will dive into the waves. At the end of the session, you can enjoy a shower on the beach and then, we will return to the meeting point.

The start time of the lessons depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions, so please plan for extra time on the day of your surf lessons. The exact times will be communicated to you once the booking is made.
