Start your day with an exciting morning surf lesson in Costa da Caparica. Our surf lessons take place on Praia da Mata in Costa da Caparica. Praia da Mata is a fantastic spot for surf enthusiasts looking for reliable and enjoyable surf conditions in a beautiful setting. Our small group surf lessons, with only 4 to 5 students per instructor, ensure personalised attention and a friendly atmosphere.
The lesson will include the rules of surfing, safety, rowing techniques, board positions and training positioning take-off. Furthermore, our experienced instructors are dedicated to providing valuable feedback to help you learn and improve. Whether you are trying to catch a wave for the first time or already have some experience, our instructors will make sure the lessons are designed to fit your needs!
