Our snowboard lessons in Kals am Großglockner are for all ages, regardless of skill level. Everyone is welcome! The ski resort is located next to the highest mountain in Austria, the Großglockner, offering a spectacular backdrop for your snowboarding experience. With a direct gondola to Cimaross, the resort features 46km of slopes ranging from easy to hard difficulty, ensuring there's something for everyone.
We start our two-hour lesson by meeting at the Skischool Kals, where our experienced coaches will introduce you to the basics or help refine your existing skills. Beginners will focus on essential techniques like balancing and turning on gentle slopes, while more advanced participants will tackle steeper slopes to improve their carving and control at higher speeds. Each skill is crucial for building confidence and ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience on the mountain.
Throughout the lesson, our coaches emphasise learning or improving snowboarding skills in a fun environment. The small group size allows for personalised attention, ensuring that each participant can progress at their own pace. This offer is ideal for families and individuals looking to enjoy the slopes while enhancing their snowboarding abilities.
We meet at the skischool office next to the Kals 1 valley station, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.
In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.
