What to Expect

Our private ski lessons in Kals am Großglockner are suitable for kids ages 4-14 years, regardless of skill level. Everyone is welcome! The day starts with a warm welcome at the meeting place at Skischool Kals. Here, your child will be introduced to their experienced coaches. The lesson begins on the gentle slopes, where the first steps will be taken on the magic carpet, ensuring a fun and confidence-building start. This initial phase is crucial for building a solid foundation in skiing.

As the lesson progresses, your child will move to more challenging slopes, tailored to their skill level. With the direct gondola to Cimaross, they will have access to a variety of terrains, from easy to hard. The instructors focus on learning or improving skills in a fun environment, teaching essential techniques such as balance, turning, and stopping. These skills are vital for safety and confidence on the slopes.

Kals am Großglockner, nestled next to the highest mountain in Austria, the Großglockner, offers an exceptional skiing experience with 46km of slopes. The resort features a diverse range of runs suitable for all levels, making it an ideal location for both beginners and advanced skiers. These private ski lessons are perfect for kids who want to either start skiing or refine their existing skills in a supportive and engaging setting.

Meeting Time

We meet at one of the three meeting places (office of Skischule Kals, valley station of Glocknerblick or the back entrance of Gradonna Mountain Resort), 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

Kids up to 5 years do not require a ski pass. For children ages 6 to 14 years, a ski pass needs to be purchased at the ticket office.
