If your little skier is ready for the snow, our kids ski lessons for all levels are waiting! At the heart of the majestic Bansko resort, with over 20 years of experience, we provide a fun and personalised learning environment. Our school is conveniently located just steps away from the gondola lift, offering easy access to the slopes. With small group sizes, we ensure each kid receives individual attention from our highly trained instructors. This unique approach allows young skiers to progress at their own pace, making learning both enjoyable and effective.
Our kids ski lessons are designed to cater to all abilities, from beginners who are just starting out to more advanced young skiers looking to refine their skills. Beginners will get familiar with their equipment, learn the basics of skiing, and make their first turns on the magic carpet. As they gain confidence, they will move on to the gentle blue slopes like the 7 km ski road, which offers a relaxing and safe environment to practice their new skills. More advanced skiers will focus on parallel skiing and mastering steeper slopes, ensuring they leave with improved technique and enhanced confidence.
Whether your kid is taking their first steps on the snow or honing their existing skills, our lessons provide the perfect introduction to the thrill of skiing. These ski lessons are ideal for introducing your child to skiing in a fun and supportive environment.

We meet at the booked time.
Pickup and shuttle
We organize a shuttle (at a surcharge) from the shop to the meeting point. The shuttle runs in the mornings for €8 per person, ensuring timely arrival at the meeting point, especially during high season when the gondola is crowded.
Getting there
A lift ticket is necessary to reach the meeting point.
The ride from the valley takes about 25 minutes, allow extra time in high season.

Lunchtime care
There is no lunchtime care and meal planned for the lessons, children need to be picked up after the morning lesson.

The equipment is not included in the price. If you don't have your own equipment, you can book rental equipment through our shop by adding it to your shopping cart during the checkout process.

Our shop is open Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm. You can pick up your equipment preferably the day before the activity or the day of the activity at least two hours before the start.

Ski pass
All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. It's not included in the price.
My kids went from having never skied to absolutely flying (they're insanely fast now) in five days. On arrival it all seems very chaotic but after a few days we got to know the instructors and how it all worked. The kids loved their instructors, who all spoke good English, and they were really helpful when the gondola made us a bit late. I also noticed that even groups as small as six or seven had multiple instructors, and the little kids (like my 6yr old) had at least three instructors with a group of six or eight kids.

What should I wear for my lessons?
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
When should I collect my equipment?
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Do I need to wear a helmet?
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Where can I buy a ski pass?
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Do I need to book my lessons in advance?
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
