About the Activity

What to Expect

Let us take you to the wonders of the Landmannalaugar highlands in this private guided Jeep tour as we explore the canyons, waterfalls, and extraordinary nature that Iceland has to offer. Our adventure begins with a drive in a sturdy 4x4 Land Rover Defender, perfectly suited for the rugged terrain ahead. As we make our way through the picturesque landscape, our first stop is the Laugahraun lava field, a couple of hours here will reveal the fascinating geology of a land shaped by eruptions in 1477. Your guide will lead you on a hike up to Brennisteinsalda, known as the Sulfur Wave, offering panoramic views across the valley. After your hike, you can relax in a natural hot pool, rejuvenating your senses in the soothing warm waters.

Continuing our journey, we will drive to the Sígöldugljúfur canyon, one of Iceland's most instagrammable spots, where you can capture the magic of this hidden gem. Our next destination is the Hjálparfoss waterfall, a twin cascade set in a serene lava landscape, where we will pause to appreciate its tranquil beauty. Each stop on this tour offers a unique perspective of Iceland's diverse and dramatic scenery, making it ideal for nature enthusiasts and adventurers alike.
