What to Expect

Take your kid to an exciting skiing experience with our kids ski lessons from 7 years old to 12 years old in Bansko! Nestled in the heart of the Pirin Mountains, Bansko Ski Resort offers an impressive array of slopes for all levels, boasting 75 kilometres of ski runs with a mix of beginner, intermediate, and advanced pistes. Your child will start their adventure on the gentle slopes equipped with a magic carpet, perfect for first-timers. Here, they will learn the fundamentals of skiing, including how to manage their ski equipment and make their first turns, laying a solid foundation for further progress.

As your child gains confidence, they will move to more challenging terrain within the resort, guided by our experienced instructors in small groups of maximum 10 children and a minimum of 3. The lessons focus on improving their balance and control while introducing them to parallel skiing techniques. This progression is critical for building confidence and preparing them for steeper slopes. The breathtaking scenery and well-maintained pistes make for an unforgettable skiing experience.

Bansko is renowned for its modern facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our ski lessons are tailored for kids, providing a safe and supportive environment where they can thrive. Whether they are complete beginners or looking to refine their skills, our lessons are designed to meet their needs. These ski lessons are ideal for children who are eager to learn and have fun in the snow.

Meeting Time

We meet at our rental shop in Bansko, 5 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Equipment Rental

If you book including equipment, you can pick it up at our rental shop in Bansko. We recommend picking up your equipment one hour before start or the day before from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Ski Pass

All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Please be aware that you need a ski pass to take your kid to the meeting point.

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please note that the course only takes place with a minimum of 3 participants of the same level and age group

• Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet
