What to Expect

Our snowboard lessons for kids aged 9 and up provide a fantastic chance to enjoy the slopes of Pescocostanzo while making unforgettable memories in the snow! Tailored for all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned riders, these lessons allow every participant to develop at their own pace. Beginning with an introduction to the snowboard equipment, kids will learn the importance of proper stance and balance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. The lessons are conducted on Pescocostanzo's gentle slopes, perfect for mastering the basics and developing confidence on the board.

As your child progresses, they will have the opportunity to explore more varied terrain and ride alongside others at a similar skill level. Here, they will focus on executing their first turns and controlling their speed, crucial skills for navigating any slope. For those advancing quickly, the lessons will incorporate visits to the snowpark, where more experienced riders can practice jumps and tricks under the guidance of skilled instructors. This step-by-step approach ensures that riders of all levels can refine their technique and gain a deeper understanding of the sport.

The Pescocostanzo Ski Resort offers a picturesque setting with a variety of slopes catering to different abilities. With its well-maintained trails and stunning views, it is an ideal location for snowboarders to hone their skills. These snowboard lessons are ideal for children who want to improve their skills while having fun in a beautiful mountain environment.

Meeting Time

We meet at our ski school, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

Parents need a ski pass to take their kid to the meeting point. It can be bought at a reduced price.

• Skiing experience is mandatory to participate in this activity

Good to Know

• Snowboard equipment not included in the lessons

• Please make sure your kid has a snowboard, snowboard boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet

• Individual accident insurance

• Please note that the course only takes place with a minimum of 6 participants

• If the course does not reach the minimum quota, its duration will be shortened and adjusted based on the actual number of participants
