Despite the difficulties in arriving (bad weather) and my inexperience as a snowboarder, I found the instructor (in my case Diego) ready to welcome me and then patiently explain everything to me, including ski passes and lifts. By the end of the lesson, we even made up for the time lost at the beginning. It was a lot of fun and, above all, practical. Frequent phone calls were ALWAYS there for me, both the instructor and the school's headquarters.
