What to Expect

Join our beginner ski lessons for kids aged 5 to 12 in our specially designed kids area next to the valley station of the Ettelsberg cable car! Our lessons focus on a child-friendly approach, combining learning with fun. With small groups of up to 10 children, each participant receives personal attention for a tailored experience. The kids area is equipped with easy-to-use lifts and playful equipment to help children learn skiing in an engaging way. The initial part of the lesson is all about getting familiar with the equipment and learning the basics of skiing, crucial for building confidence and ensuring a safe experience on the slopes.

Throughout the lesson, children will practice their first steps on skis in the Dorfwiese in the kids area. Our enthusiastic instructors will teach them the first turns and help them glide effortlessly on gentle slopes. Safety is our top priority, and our instructors are committed to imparting comprehensive knowledge of skiing techniques in a way that is both captivating and understandable for young learners.

Our ski lessons are designed to seamlessly transition from the kids area to more challenging slopes as skills develop. These lessons are ideal for children who want to learn skiing in a supportive and fun environment.

Meeting Time

We meet at the assembly point in front of our ski rental shop "Sportwelt Ettelsberg", 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Equipment Rental

If you need rental equipment, please add it to your shopping cart during the checkout process when booking.

Ski Pass

On the first day of the lesson you don’t need a ski pass. Depending on the progress, your instructor will inform you on which day a ski pass is required.

Good to Know

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet

• It is possible to switch between different skill levels during the course if a participant's abilities improve quickly
