About the Activity

What to Expect

Give your children the opportunity to develop their skiing in Tignes! These lessons are open to kids aged 5 to 12 and are suitable for every level, whether it is their very first time on skis or they are already confident on the slopes. At the beginning of the week, youngsters are grouped according to their ability so they can learn and progress with others of the same level.

With the support of our passionate instructors, children thrive in a safe and motivating environment. Beginners will quickly get used to their equipment and learn how to turn on gentle slopes, while those with more experience can refine their parallel skiing and try out steeper descents.

The varied ski area of Tignes is perfectly suited to young learners of all stages, providing the ideal playground for steady progress. Groups are kept to a maximum of 8 children, ensuring personal attention and tailored advice throughout the course.

Meeting Time

We meet on the snow front of Tignes le Lac, at the bottom of the Centre magic carpet, next to the terrace of Hôtel Le Levanna, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet
