What to Expect

Give your children the chance to discover the joy of skiing in Val Thorens, the highest ski resort in Europe! Our lessons are open to kids aged 5 to 13, whether they are stepping onto skis for the very first time or looking to refine their technique. At the beginning of the week, children are grouped according to their ability level, ensuring a fun, safe, and motivating environment where everyone can progress at their own pace.

For the youngest skiers in the Ours Brun level, classes are limited to just 6 children per instructor, while more advanced groups include up to 8 participants. This small-group approach guarantees that each child receives the right amount of guidance and support, whether they are learning the fundamentals, gaining confidence on gentle slopes, or perfecting parallel turns on steeper terrain.

With its exceptional variety of slopes and world-class setting, Val Thorens provides the perfect playground for young skiers to build skills and confidence. Parents can choose between morning, afternoon, or full-day lessons, with flexible options to fit into their holiday schedule.

Meeting Time

We meet in front of the Oxygene flags, in front of the Tourotel hotel in Val Thorens, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Morning lessons take place on Sundays from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, and from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet
