What to Expect

Discover skiing in Val Thorens with lessons designed for all levels, from first-timers to experienced skiers aged 14 and up. Beginners and first-timers will start by getting comfortable on the snow, familiarizing themselves with their equipment, and making their first turns on gentle slopes. More experienced skiers will focus on refining technique, tackling steeper runs, and improving parallel skiing. Lessons are held in small groups of up to 8 participants, providing personalized attention in a friendly, encouraging environment.

Set at the highest ski resort in Europe, Val Thorens offers stunning alpine scenery, dramatic mountain views, and a wide variety of slopes for every ability. Our expert instructors guide you throughout the week, helping you build confidence, improve your skills, and enjoy every moment on the mountain.

Throughout the lesson, you will learn essential skills. Beginners will learn how to control their speed and navigate turns, which are crucial for safety and enjoyment. Intermediate skiers will enhance their ability to handle different terrains and improve their balance. Advanced skiers can expect to perfect carving techniques and master challenging slopes. The resort’s diverse features ensure that every participant finds the ideal challenge to match their skill level.

Meeting Time

We meet in front of the Oxygene flags, in front of the Tourotel hotel in Val Thorens, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Morning lessons take place on Sundays from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, and from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.
