What to Expect

A private ski lesson is the best way for your kid to learn and improve skiing in the most personalised and efficient way. Our private ski lessons are tailored for kids aged 3 to 12, regardless of their level. In the picturesque ski resort of Braies, your child will be introduced to skiing in a safe and nurturing environment. The resort is perfect for kids, with its gentle slopes and a dedicated "Kinderland" area designed specifically for beginners. The lessons are conducted in small groups of up to 5 kids, ensuring each child receives individual attention from our experienced instructors.

For first-timers, the lesson will begin with an introduction to skiing fundamentals such as putting on ski equipment and learning to balance. This foundational skill is crucial as it sets the stage for all future skiing techniques. As your child gains confidence, they will progress to making their first turns on the nursery slopes, an important step in developing their ability to navigate the slopes independently. For intermediate skiers, the focus will shift to refining their technique, learning parallel skiing, and mastering steeper slopes, which are essential for more advanced skiing and help build their confidence on varied terrains.

Advanced skiers will have the opportunity to further enhance their skills by tackling more challenging runs and perfecting their technique with the guidance of our skilled instructors. The lessons will cover advanced manoeuvres and help your child develop a more dynamic and fluid style. This level of instruction is designed to push their boundaries and encourage them to take on new challenges safely. The unique setting of Braies, with its breathtaking views and well-maintained slopes, makes it an ideal location for your child's skiing journey.

Meeting Time

We meet at our ski school, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

First-timers do not need a ski pass for the first day of the lessons. The instructor will advise you when to buy the ski pass.

Advanced skiers need a ski pass for the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at our school before the first lesson.

Parents do not need a ski pass to take their kid to the meeting point.

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 3 years

• Experience is not required

Bring Along

• Ski pass

• Warm outdoor clothing; layers are recommended

• Gloves

• Goggles

• Warm socks, including an extra pair

• Ski equipment and helmet

Good to Know

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• The whole family can join the private lessons together, regardless of skill level

• The maximum group size is 5 participants per group

• Please note that one hour of lesson time equals 50 minutes
