What to Expect

These snowboarding lessons in Bansko are ideal for children from 6 years and up, teenagers, and adults of all skill levels and focus on either building a solid foundation for beginners or refining technique and enhancing skills for more experienced snowboarders. The lessons begin on terrain perfectly suited for your ability level within Bansko's slopes, offering a welcoming and safe environment to start or continue your snowboarding journey. You will be divided into small groups of maximum 8 people who share the same skill level. This structure ensures each participant receives personal attention and tailored feedback from our patient and professional instructors.

Beginners will be introduced to the fundamentals of snowboarding, including balance, control, proper equipment use, and essential safety measures. You will quickly move from basic movements and getting comfortable with the board to practicing your first controlled slides and heel/toe-side turns, rapidly building confidence on the snow. For more advanced snowboarders, the focus shifts to mastering edge control, carving, switch riding, and conquering steeper or more challenging terrain across Bansko's diverse slopes. As you refine your technique, you will explore new areas and immediately apply your new skills.

Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Bansko ski resort on the Pirin mountain, these lessons are designed with effective learning, fun, and safety in mind. Our structured approach enables everyone—from young riders to adults—to enjoy their time, advance their skills quickly, and gain the confidence needed to make snowboarding a lifelong enjoyable experience. Furthermore, learning in a small group creates great social opportunities, allowing you to connect with others while improving your skills together.

Meeting Time

We meet at the top station of the gondola by the large piste map, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.
