What to Expect

Ideal for young skiers of all abilities, these ski lessons for 6- to 12-year-olds focus on either building a solid foundation for beginners or refining technique and enhancing skills for more experienced children. The adventure begins at the heart of the Bansko ski resort, where a dedicated kids area and magic carpet provide a safe and welcoming environment for your kids.

The kids will be divided in small groups of no more than 8 kids to ensure each child receives personal attention. Under the guidance of patient instructors, beginners will be introduced to the basics of skiing, including balance and control, essential for building confidence on the slopes. They will practice their first turns and learn how to use the equipment properly, which is crucial for safety and comfort. Meanwhile, more advanced skiers will focus on parallel skiing and mastering steeper slopes, refining their technique as they explore different areas of the resort. This structured yet playful approach enables children to enjoy their time while advancing their skills.

Set against the picturesque backdrop of the resort, known for its excellent facilities and diverse terrain, these lessons are designed with fun and safety in mind. The resort's playful methods encourage young learners to quickly gain confidence, making skiing an enjoyable experience.

Meeting Time

We meet at the top station of the gondola by the large piste map, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Equipment Rental

If you need rental equipment, please add it to your shopping cart during the checkout process when booking.

Ski Pass

All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Please be aware that you need a ski pass to take your kid to the meeting point.
