What to Expect

Our private Skibob lessons, available for children from 6 years old and up, are designed to meet each participant’s unique needs. We provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment—perfect for first-time riders or for those looking to improve their technique, gain confidence, and enjoy the slopes to the fullest. At the picturesque Stuhleck ski resort, participants will be introduced to the Skibob, a specially designed apparatus with a frame, seat, handlebars, and skis that enables riders to navigate the slopes with ease. With a variety of levels of adaptation available, from complete support to independent riding, each lesson is tailored to individual needs, making it suitable for those with conditions such as learning disabilities, Down syndrome, or cerebral palsy.

Your lesson begins with an introduction to the Skibob equipment, where you will learn how to mount and dismount safely and understand the basics of steering. As the lesson progresses, the focus will shift to mastering balance and control on gentle slopes, which is crucial for building confidence and ensuring safety. For those with more experience, the lesson will advance to more challenging slopes, where you will refine your technique and work on parallel skiing and turns. With small group sizes, our instructors are able to provide personalised attention, ensuring that each participant develops their skills at their own pace.

Meeting Time

We meet at the Stuhleck Family Lift, in front of the container Hinterleiten 2b, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Lunch Care

Your children can be supervised by the school during lunchtime if requested in advance

Equipment Rental

Equipment (skibob, helmet, goggles, and gloves) is included in the price

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Parents do not need a ski pass to take their kid to the meeting point.

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please make sure you have skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet

• The maximum group size is 1 participants per group

• By special arrangement, larger groups can join together upon request
