About the Activity

What to Expect

Give your children the opportunity to develop their skiing skills in Méribel! These lessons are designed for kids aged 6 to 12 and welcome all levels, from complete beginners to confident young skiers. At the start of the week, children are grouped according to their ability, so everyone learns at a comfortable pace alongside others of similar experience.

Guided by our experienced instructors, they progress in a safe and positive environment. Beginners learn to handle their equipment and make their first turns on gentle slopes, while more advanced skiers refine their parallel skiing and gain control on steeper runs.

Méribel’s varied slopes provide the perfect setting for steady improvement and growing confidence. With a maximum of 8 children per group, each young skier receives plenty of personal attention and encouragement throughout the course.

Meeting Time

We meet at the bottom of the Rhodos gondola, on the snow front where the slopes meet in La Chaudanne, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

• Minimum age: 6 years

• Experience is not required

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet

• If you have food restrictions or allergies, please contact the ski school in advance, so we can arrange a meal according to your diet

• The maximum group size is 8 participants per group
