What to Expect

Discover the fun of snowboarding in Méribel with group lessons designed for children and adults aged 8 and above. These sessions are ideal for beginners taking their first steps on a snowboard as well as intermediate riders looking to progress and gain confidence. With its varied slopes and beautiful mountain scenery, Méribel offers the perfect setting to learn, practise, and enjoy snowboarding at your own pace.

Beginners start on gentle slopes, learning how to balance, glide, and make their first controlled turns. As they build confidence, they work on stopping safely, linking smooth turns, and managing their speed. Intermediate riders focus on improving control and coordination on steeper runs, exploring wider terrain, and discovering the basics of freestyle in the snowpark.

To ensure effective learning, groups are limited to 8 participants. This small format allows instructors to provide individual guidance, adapt to each rider’s progress, and maintain a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Whether you are learning the basics or developing your style, these lessons in Méribel are a great way to enjoy the slopes and grow your snowboarding skills.

Meeting Time

We meet at the bottom of the Rhodos 1 gondola, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All participants need the “Vallée de Méribel” ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please make sure you have a snowboard, snowboard boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet

• The maximum group size is 8 participants per group
