What to Expect

Discover Val d’Isère with our private ski lessons for children from the age of 2, open to all levels. Whether they are stepping onto skis for the first time or already have some experience, each session is adapted to their rhythm and abilities. With the full attention of an experienced instructor, young skiers learn to handle their equipment, find their balance, and make their first turns in a safe and reassuring environment.

Families can also book a small private group for up to 8 children of similar ability. This option allows them to learn together while still receiving personalised feedback. Instructors adapt every moment of the lesson to the group, keeping each child motivated, progressing steadily, and enjoying their time on the snow.

With Val d’Isère’s beginner areas and beautiful mountain surroundings, these lessons offer the ideal conditions for children to build confidence, improve coordination, and discover the pleasure of skiing from an early age.

Meeting Time

We meet in front of the Bellevarde Express chairlift, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. It is free for children under 8 upon presentation of ID at the lift ticket office.

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet

• The whole family can join the private lessons together, as long as everyone has a similar skill level

• The maximum group size is 8 participants per group
