Your youngsters are ready now to start a lifelong skiing adventure! Small but nice, located in Upper Bavaria, the Westernberg ski area is the perfect spot for doing so. Our kids ski lessons for beginners from 6 to 15 years in Ruhpolding address every little skier without experience who is ready for the snow fun. Accompanied by our mascot, the penguin Bobo, nothing will stop them from skiing down the slopes at the end of the week.
At the beginning of the course, our well-trained ski instructors will divide the little skiers into small groups in order to ensure safety and big progress. During the lessons, a playful and fun approach is important to us, which is why we include exercises from the "Beweg-dich-schlau" program by Felix Neureuther, a German alpine ski racer. This program includes exercises that train the body and brain simultaneously and that have brought him to the top of German skiing sport. Your kids will start with the very basics of skiing, such as safely taking the ski lift, skiing in plough and schuss, as well as braking. Throughout the learning process, they will be accompanied by Bobo.
The highlight of the course still remains the kids ski race on the last day of the lessons. With real race numbers and electronic time recording, your children will feel like big ski stars. Of course, there will be a prize-giving ceremony with Bobo afterwards, where every child will receive a certificate and medal - what a week!
Meeting Time
We meet 10 minutes before the start of the lessons at our ski rental hut at the meeting place, Westernberg. The cabin is located at the beginning of the car park at the entrance to Ruhpolding.

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office.
