Located in Upper Bavaria, the Westernberg ski area is the perfect spot for your ski stars to step up their skiing games and become real pros! Our kids ski lessons for advanced skiers from 6 to 15 years in Ruhpolding address every snow and wintersports lover who want to impress their family and friends with their newly gained winter sports skills. Small but nice, the area provides slopes that are just perfect for your youngsters to precisely work on their technique. Accompanied by our mascot, the penguin Bobo, nothing will stop them from progress!
At the beginning of the course, our well-trained ski instructors will form small groups in order to ensure safety and big progress. During the lessons, we work with a playful approach according to the "Beweg-dich-schlau" program by Felix Neureuther, a German alpine ski racer. This program includes exercises that train the body and brain simultaneously and that have brought him to the top of German skiing sport. The little racers will receive the best technical training that provides an optimal learning outcome. According to the group's level, your children will work on their techniques, such as the use of edges, parallel skiing, carving, and jumps in the fun park.
The highlight of the course still remains the kids ski race on the last day of the lessons. With real race numbers and electronic time recording, your children will feel like big ski stars. Of course, there will be a prize-giving ceremony with Bobo afterwards, where every child will receive a certificate and medal - what a week!
Meeting Time
We meet 10 minutes before the start of the lessons at our ski rental hut at the meeting place Westernberg. The cabin is located at the beginning of the car park at the entrance to Ruhpolding.
Ski pass
All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office.
