Caving in Spectaclan for Families

If you want to try caving for families, then our tour in "Spectaclan" is made for you! This trip through the depths of the earth is a real invitation to discover the mysteries of the underground world. You will progress vertically and horizontally through narrow passages and large volumes. A little technique will be required because the use of ropes, especially during a small abseiling passage, is necessary. If we are lucky, we will even have the opportunity to observe bats!

Tour programme - Preparation: We meet at the booked time at the car park in Vallon Pont d'Arc, where your guide will already be waiting for you. There he will give you the equipment and a short introduction. - Tour: We will walk together to the point of entry. After having overcome many challenges, we return on foot to the car park where we finish our tour.

Tour facts - Cave: Spectaclan (Difficulty level: easy) - Description: You will admire the gigantic underground rooms of these spectacular caves, listed among the "Great Sites of France". - Distance: 450 m - Total duration: ca. 3 hrs - Time in the cave: 2 hrs
