Stand up and glide silently and easily over the water on your surfboard. During stand-up paddling on Lake Constance we show you the beauty of this sport. With your qualified trainer, you have quickly learned the SUP-ABC and mastered the most important basic techniques such as the quick turn and the optimal basic position. SUP not only trains the strength in the arms and legs but also the sense of balance. The SUP is, therefore, a fantastic summer alternative to skiing and snowboarding.
Tour programme- Preparation:We meet at our
meeting point in Moos on the Lake Constance at the booked time. If you arrive by car, there is a free car park directly at the harbour. There you will receive your equipment and a short briefing.
- Tour:Then it's off to the Lake Constance to practice and try out. After about 3 hours including instruction and breaks, you will master the first basic techniques and we will return to the shore.
