For the day, we provide you with high-quality safety equipment—a freeride backpack with shovel, probe, and avalanche transceiver—and are happy to teach you how to use it effectively. This foundational approach ensures you feel confident and secure before venturing into the powder. As the tour progresses, you will engage in runs and drills perfectly suited to your skill level, focusing on techniques crucial for off-piste, such as adapting your stance and speed to varied snow conditions.You have the flexibility to choose between individual guiding or a small group with up to 6 family members or friends, provided all participants have a similar off-piste or skiing level. This allows you to arrange your skiing holiday in Obertauern flexibly and individually. The tour lasts approximately 4 hours with a 1-hour break in between, giving you ample time to explore the best powder runs.
