Meeting & Preparation At best, you come by our diving centre already 1-2 days before the beginning of the course, so we can get to know each other, and we can already take care of the bureaucracy. Otherwise, we meet at the agreed time at our diving centre in Vrsar. If you arrive by car, free parking is available at the centre or at the camping site car park. There you get to know your PADI instructor and get a briefing about the premises and the exact procedure of the course. Course content The focus of the course is to practice problem-solving skills until they become a habit. You will also learn how to become a better buddy. By expanding your theoretical knowledge with the help of a book, DVD, and instructor presentation and by doing various rescue exercises in the water, you strengthen your diving skills. Some topics in the course are self-rescue, emergency management and the rescue of other divers. Guided Dives to Koversada for Certified DiversIf you like adventures, this is the place for you! This dive site offers two steep walls, which show a particularly species-rich flora and fauna. At 16 m a small wreck awaits you where sometimes the bizarre John Dory can be found. Dive Area The Koversada dive site is only 3 minutes drive with our bus from our centre. Underwater you can see sea needles, lobsters, congers, fork beards as well as numerous shoals of fish and antlers sponges. Colourful nudibranchs and a small wreck, as well as giant oarfish, are some of the highlights. The diving depth is 5 to 25 m.
