"A bittersweet experience. The captain drove excessively fast and didn't pay attention to how we were going. My partner fell off the boat, and I was close to falling off. We asked her to please slow down, and instead of apologizing, she rudely told us that if we slowed down, we'd get seasick. The guides were charming, and the experience inside the cave was spectacular. It's a shame we had a captain who didn't care about our safety."
