"Extremely courteous staff. On the actual booking date, the weather was rather mediocre, so we were offered to simply postpone the trip by a day. As compensation, even though there's nothing you can do about bad weather, we were given an extra hour. The boat briefing was simple and comprehensive. It went quickly and was uncomplicated. The only complaint was that we only had a 28-liter tank, so longer expeditions were out of the question."
