Have never tried something like this before and really enjoyed. Even there were places that seemed dangerous and scary for me, but instructor gave clear instructions and we worked as a team. We found ourselves doing things we would never do in our comfort zones (for example sliding from a big rock using the raft boat as a slide). Very pleasant and fulfilled experience.
