It was a great place for canyoning with slides, jumps, abseiling and small passages under stone. Lots of fun challenges, the kids loved it! The last few were a bit too challenging for them though (8 and 10 yrs) but they could do most. Mind that it is cold water and the youngest might get quite cold and tired towards the end. The guide couldn't speak any English at all really but it worked out ok anyway. They were nice and friendly. "I'd wanted to go canyoning for years, I finally took the plunge and I absolutely didn't regret it.
I had a fabulous time, I felt completely safe and very well supervised. Letting yourself be carried by the river, in the magnificent setting of the Verdon, is an excellent way to let go, a sport, and pure relaxation. There's a little adrenaline rush during the jumps, which aren't mandatory; everyone goes at their own level, no pressure.
I recommend it 200% and I'll definitely be back for a kayak or rafting trip! 👍🏼"
