Tour programme
- Preparation:
We meet at our base in Castellane 15 minutes before the booked time. A changing room is available and you can leave your personal belongings there. Your guide will brief you on safety and the use of your equipment, before taking our shuttle to reach the starting point of the tour. Then it's time to hit the water!
- Tour:
The rafting tour starts with a breathtaking view of the Castellane ramparts, the Roc and its chapel perched 200m high. Then the fun can begin! You will alternate between rapids and calmer parts of the river, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy the spectacular scenery while soaking up the thrill. Among the famous rapids you will cross, the Clue de Chasteuil and the Barre Saint-Jean promise plenty of splashing. You'll even have the option of swimming in the rapids and jumping from the rocks, depending on your mood. Throughout the tour, the guide ensures your safety from the raft, while providing you with information about the area.
- Return:
After 2.5hrs, you will reach the end of the tour at Pont de Soleil. The shuttle will be waiting to take you back to the base, where you will collect your belongings and your vehicle.
