All you need is a pair of closed-toe shoes (we simply wore some old sneakers), swimwear, a towel, and a change of clothes for after the tour. We were a group of eight people—plus our guide, Max, who was confident, safety-conscious, friendly, and enthusiastic. We felt well taken care of and had a lot of fun sliding down the rocks, rappelling, and especially jumping into the water. We're sure this won't be our last canyoning tour. "We were a group of five, ranging in age from 37 to 65, on a canyoning tour at Lake Garda and we were absolutely thrilled!
Our guide, Consti, gave us a very warm welcome, explained everything we needed to know, and then led us safely through the tour. The hike to the starting point was quite challenging, but with breaks, it was manageable for everyone. At the top, we received thorough instruction on rappelling, sliding, and jumping.
The tour itself was great fun, wonderfully organized, and we felt safe and in excellent hands at all times. The many photos Consti took of us along the way were a particularly nice touch.
To top it all off, we enjoyed drinks and cookies back at the van – a perfect ending.
Highly recommended for beginners. We would do the tour again in a heartbeat and are already looking forward to the next one!"

"Rafting on the Adige River was fantastic for all of us. With temperatures around 36°C, cooling off in the river was simply perfect. There were 10 of us in total, including 6 children aged 5 to 15, and everyone had a great time. Our guide did a superb job – he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!"
