The activity was perfect for families. The guide made an effort beforehand to find a good solution (since the time booked on the platform wasn't available).
The maximum group size of 10 people is fine; smaller would be even better, as our children were quite cold towards the end.
Good physical condition is recommended, especially for the approach; then it's manageable even for children as young as 10."
