All the basics were as they should be, and felt safe and secure all the way. However, the trip also had a lot of shortcomings: The guide could not speak English as promised. The guide was very unengaged and seemed mostly like he was tired and wanted it to be over. There was a lack of mood and energy throughout the trip. We were not informed about the options to bring drinks - and did not get any during the 3 hours. However, the guide drank water himself continuously... We were not informed about the possibility of taking pictures, which meant we did not get a single picture of the trip.
