I was very well looked after by two young people when the place opened at 9:00 AM. In fact, even beforehand, via email, the explanations were clear.
The route through the gorge is magnificent. I left the base around 9:30 AM and returned around 5:00 PM. A fantastic day, with walks through the two villages we passed through, a picnic, and several swims. Physically, I had no problems (I'm 60). No danger.
