The scenery is incredible, and our guide was incredibly friendly; he spoke French, English, and Italian.
During the hike, there are many dives of varying heights, all optional: depending on the point, you can either take a lower jump or have the guide lower you down. I only skipped the highest one, about 9-10 meters. There were also two double abseils and two natural slides, which were really fun.
The initial hike (about an hour) is absolutely doable, while the return hike, uphill, is a bit strenuous... but it's definitely worth it!
