Although the instructors were great and very friendly and accommodating, we had a problem with miscommunication of meeting points. We had 2 different instructors each day, and both mornings they were waiting for us at a different location to where we were told to meet. We ended up having to wait 20 mins on the instructors to come and meet us on the other side of the village. This time was made up on one lesson only and on the other day we lost out on the 20 minutes (understandably as he had another lesson to get to afterwards). Other than that we had a great experience with the tutors and really enjoyed the lessons. By the end of the holiday we were skiing by ourselves with no issues and no major falls!!

My wife and daughter had Kevin as their instructor. His level of patience was amazing and also they way he explained things. They thought he was awesome and a real asset to the company. They can't wait to go back next year!
