Fantastic experience! Jack, the instructor takes you responsibly (explains everything, practices with you and gives clear instructions along the way) through the river, making it a great experience. Exciting because of the unknown and once you are in the water, not scary and very special! Precisely because you are one with the elements of nature. Not cold either! Thick wetsuit with plenty of precautionary protection. Much more fun than rafting (also known as rafting), in our opinion. Definitely do it if you have the opportunity!
