"It was quite strenuous and challenging, but also a lot of fun and, above all, freezing cold. Our guides, Marcus and Borja, were in a great mood and kept us safe at all times. The equipment was in good condition, apart from a few minor signs of wear and tear. You need to be in good shape, strong and agile, and above all, not afraid of heights. Abseiling down high cliffs up to 15 meters was challenging if you've never worn climbing gear before."

"My 9 year old son and I did the tour Ribeira das Cales and we can highly recommend it! It was awesome, even though the weather was cold and it was raining. My son had a lot of fun and after almost 3 hours in cold water wanted to do the whole tour all over again!"
