AlisonJanuary 12, 2024"We had the best day with Pedro and the team on our rafting adventure! Everyone ensured we had an amazing time and they certainly delivered. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers and we all had the most memorable experience. Pedro is born and bred in Porto so had a lot of local knowledge and the history of Portugal. We had a wonderful experience in a small village on the way to rafting, where we tried many local delicacies in a gorgeous family run cafe. It was delicious and they all had a story which Pedro explained to us. Our rafting experience was fantastic, lots of instruction and even better, lots of rapids! The whole team were awesome and I couldn't rate the experience highly enough. They photographed our experience as well which was an added bonus. After rafting we had lunch, oh my goodness! When they said we would get a small picnic lunch, it was not small! We dined on many local dishes which were all explained in detail and delicious. We drank beautiful local produced green wine which was very easy to drink. Overall, I can't recommend this rafting adventure any higher. The team were all friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Thanks guys, you made our European adventure so much better!"

EvaSeptember 25, 2024"Canyoning: Booking directly was super easy and worked without any problems. You can get to the gorge either with your own rental car or with a bus from Funchal from Lokoloko, which is a great option. We arrived at the agreed meeting point and met our 3 guides from Lokoloko in a great mood! We drove a little further to the start of the tour. We got our clothes, which had already been individually tailored, and were able to change. Then we were off. After a short walk, we were given instructions for the canyon and then we went into the water. It was definitely not boring. With only short waiting times, which were not a problem at all, various highlights followed. Abseiling down waterfalls, jumping into small river basins, being abseiled down or even jumping headfirst into the water! There was no lack of good humor, as the guides provided entertainment for the whole group with a variety of songs and jokes. During the tour, the guides even took photos as a souvenir, which you can view and download afterwards. The tour was over far too quickly. Then we walked a short distance back to the cars. A huge thank you to our premium guides, who do a great job and make it possible to experience such a great adventure!"
