The instructor, Christine, was very skilled and patient with my to teenage boys. Quickly tuned in on their level and adjusted the lessen to their requirements. Nice and patience attitude towards the boys.

Both Emma and Aida have been great in showing technics for safer and better skiing. Pointing out what needs to be done and how. Made our skiing more confident in tackling difficult slopes.

The staff were all very friendly. Though I thought the resort we went to at Bad Gastein was a bit tricky for for first timers with some quite steep sections on the blue runs our instructor Olle was excellent. He had good English. By the end of the week with quite a breadth of skill in our family with some advancing quicker than others he was patient and spent time coaching us giving good advice across all skill levels. If someone was slower to pick up the technique other instructors would add additional help and advice. I would use again. Thanks Olle!

Our 8-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter enjoyed their three days of ski lessons and made great progress! They had a fantastic time under the guidance of Yannick, Floris-Jan (NL), Lukas, and Rasmus (DK), both in Dutch and English. All four were dedicated, kind, and excellent ski instructors who were attentive to the children's level and structured the lessons well.
