Norbert was a fantastic, very warm and welcoming ski instructor. There were two of us (a beginner and a more experienced skier) and we booked a weekend package at Zauchensee, with five hours of instruction each day over two days. He took plenty of time to identify our individual strengths and weaknesses, allowing us to work on them specifically during the course. It was especially helpful that he gave us continuous feedback and explained the theory behind skiing techniques in a way that was easy to understand, so we could immediately put it into practice. The time flew by and we had an incredible amount of fun. We wholeheartedly recommend the ski school with Norbert and Eva and would gladly book lessons with them again on our next visit to Zauchensee.
