Communication with the ski school was excellent. They were even reachable by phone in the evenings. When the training location had to be changed, we received an email beforehand with information that also guided us to the new location. They were very flexible with the planning. It was possible to reschedule a session for a different day. The instructors were all friendly and patient and adapted their training to the students' abilities and skill levels. After two days, our children were even able to handle difficult slopes. After the third day of lessons, they were skiing like pros! Top school!
