We had actually given up on the idea of skiing after so much frustration. But then ski instructor Karin came along – and changed everything. With incredible patience, genuine empathy, and a high level of expertise, she met our daughter exactly where she was at. Her fear of the slopes gradually transformed into real self-confidence. Today she skis with pride and joy. For us, it's nothing short of a small miracle.

it was my first time skiing and i managed to make some parallel turns and go down a red slope after only two days, the trainer was very encouraging and allowed me to go at my own pace while also making me feel confident in my own ability so that i would be less intimidated by the hight and speed
