Hungary "The trip was well organised and a wonderful experience. We had a problem at the port, where it was unclear where to get the wristbands for the boat ticket and where to get the ones for the Blue Lagoon. It would be a good idea to put up a sign at the port so that people aren't sent from one group to another like idiots. Due to unexpected illness, my younger daughter and my wife were unable to take part in the trip. When I informed the organisers via the app, they were very friendly and promised to refund the price we had already paid on a pro rata basis. (This hasn't happened yet, but I'm sure it will soon.) The lagoon was a bit disappointing for me. The shore was very rocky and slippery, and we could only swim between the boats, always having to watch out for new boats arriving. We could certainly have found another spot on the island, but we only had 1.5 hours and didn't want to waste time searching. But the water was really beautiful and clear, and we were able to snorkel well."
