Goal of the courseUpon successful completion of this course, you will receive an internationally recognized and lifelong valid diving certification as a PADI Open Water Diver. With this, you can independently participate in diving activities with a buddy within the scope of the acquired knowledge and skills.
Meeting & PreparationAt best you come by our diving center already 1 or 2 days before the beginning of the course, so we can get to know each other and we can already take care of the bureaucracy. If you arrive by car, free parking is available at the center or at the camping site parking lot. You will fill in the customer card, liability release and health statement and receive your PADI Open Water Manual, so you can prepare already some theory. Then you get to know your PADI instructor and get a briefing about the premises and the exact procedure of the course.
Course contentIn this complete beginner course, you will learn the necessary diving theory in 5 modules with the help of books, DVDs and presentations by the instructor. This theoretical part ends with a final test. The practical training takes place in the sea - we complete 5 modules in the shallow area of our house bay with dives up to 5m in depth and 4 training dives in open water with dives up to 18m depth (for children only up to 12m).
